Turned up out of the blue, they changed 4 tyres in about 15 minutes. And I was back on road to do my deliveries. Very polite. Very impressed customer.

Took an EV car with an accoustic foam filler with a puncture. The owner was completely up front about what sort of fix was available and also that, as the puncture had been plugged from the outside, it may not be possible to fix. He ordered a new tyre for the same day and managed to fix the original once he'd had a chance to look at it from the inside. The advice given (even suggesting I may have been able to get a tyre slightly cheaper elsewhere) was excellent. He couldn't do enough to try and make sure that the tyre was fixed at the most economical and safe way. This is proper customer service, sadly lacking in a lot of places these days. I'll be using this garage again in the future - outstanding!
Always a pleasure dealing with staff at Grande Tyres. I’ve been using them for years and would trust them with my family member’s tyres as well as my own. They are always considerate of whether are tyre can be repaired and generally they always have something decent in to replace a tyre if required, always good value, generally in line with if not cheaper than black circles.

Updated Feb 2026 - Had another puncture and once again superb service. So helpful both on the phone and in person. Repaired within 20 minutes without having had to book ahead. Brilliant service as always. Nail in tyre repaired quickly without having had to pre-book. Very reasonable prices too.
Great service from the lasses in reception after my initial call to them for new tyres for my van, Sorted me straight out in quick time. Lads in the very large clean fitting area polite helpful and knew what they were doing.. Good pricing.. Can't ask for any more .. Thanks
