“I have used Grande Tyres (at the Tyre Depot) on Whickham bank three times now - each and every time I have received customer service which has went above and beyond. On the first occasion I sent my wife to the tyre depot with a flat BMW run-flat tyre, at first I had concerns that she might be ripped off - some garages do this as they sometimes see women drivers as easy targets to sell expensive tyres at heavily inflated prices, not here. They checked the tyre and told her it was only the valve that needed replacing, a couple of quid later and she was on her way. The second time we used them was also a great experience. The tyre we ordered was going to be fixed the very next day - they issued my heavily pregnant wife with a business card and told her to call anytime if she becomes stuck on the road (we don't have RAC cover etc.) A third occasion arose (we have bad look with tyres, nails constantly jumping into them I think). The gentleman who was dealing with our car told us that he would work late in order to accommodate our work hours and fix the tyre. I will be using Grande Tyres every time from now on!
